Our machine can grind and polish to within one-eighth of an inch to the wall using 8 counter rotating heads and special diamond, metal, and hybrid tooling. With this technology, the scratch pattern the machine creates makes for a flatter more brilliant shine than all other concrete grinding and terrazzo polishing equipment. This also eliminates the need for us to have to edge the floor by hand, creating a huge money saving advantage for our customers. Other companies must to do this by hand, possibly charging hundreds or even thousands more for the same job.

You can also see where we have custom ground a concrete slab to look like terrazzo which has been mechanically polished to a low 200 grit sheen. No coating, fully sealed.
