Sometimes a leaky window can cause substantial damage to a wood floor. In this case the floor needed to have a substantial section of damaged wood removed. Once all of the damaged wood has been removed the existing floor will need to be prepared to accept the new flooring and thoroughly cleaned. Once the new wood flooring has been seamlessly installed the repair is complete.
